摘要
倾斜机构作为顶驱管子处理系统的重要组成部分之一,是起下钻过程使用最频繁、最重要的机构。倾斜油缸与吊环之间通过连接耳座连接在一起,实现倾斜机构功能。在实际使用中经常出现连接耳座沿吊环臂上下移动的情况,影响倾斜机构的倾斜幅度,造成两侧吊环不同步和吊卡倾斜,恶化倾斜油缸的工况。文中对倾斜机构进行受力分析,从理论上指导倾斜机构的设计、安装及使用。
As one of the important components of the top drive pipe handling system, the tilting mechanism is the most frequently used and most important mechanism in the tripping process. The tilting oil cylinder and the lifting ring are connected together by connecting support lugs to realize the function of tilting mechanism. In actual use, the connection support lug often moves up and down along the lifting ring arm, which affects the inclination range of the tilting mechanism, causing the lifting rings on both sides to be out of synchronization and the elevator to be tilted, which worsens the working condition of the tilting cylinder. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the force of the tilting mechanism, and theoretically guide the design, installation and use of the tilting mechanism.
