摘要
挤压机进刀压力和切粒机转速都是挤压机运行的重要参数,这两个参数的设定是否合理,直接影响模板、切刀的使用寿命和颗粒外观,继而影响机组的长周期稳定运行。进刀压力过大,则切刀和模板贴得过紧,轻则切刀和模板磨损严重,重则切刀断刃。进刀压力过小,则切刀和模板之间有间隙,形成间隙切粒,颗粒容易出现拖尾,甚至会出现垫刀、缠刀、“灌肠”等事故。文中以某型号挤压机为基础,对国内某厂家的模板和切刀进行进刀压力和切粒机转速曲线的标定优化,对同类型的其他机型提供参考。
The feed pressure of the extruder and the speed of the granulator are both important parameters of the extruder operation. Whether the setting of these two parameters is reasonable or not directly affects the service life and particle appearance of the template and cutter, and then affects the long period stable operation of the unit. If the feed pressure is too large, the cutter and template will be too tight, if it is light, the cutter and template will be worn seriously, and if it is heavy, the cutter will break the edge. If the feed pressure is too small, there will be a gap between the cutter and the template, forming a gap cutting, and the particles are prone to tail dragging, and even there will be pad cutter, wrapping cutter, "enema" and other accidents. Based on a certain type of extruder, this paper calibrates and optimizes the feed pressure and rotation speed curve of the template and cutter of a domestic manufacturer, and provides reference for other models of the same type.
