一种便携式血栓治疗仪的设计与应用

摘要 病人进行手术后由于伤口损伤的凝血反应,以及缺乏运动,血流缓慢,容易诱发血栓性疾病。当前通常采用药物防治和物理方法如弹力绷带包扎、穿静脉曲张袜和气压治疗仪辅助的方法。在使用气压治疗仪的过程中,存在一些不方便的情况,如病房必须拥有气源、仪器需要220 V供电、病人不能够自由移动、气囊(套筒)体积大及消毒问题等。文中介绍了一种采用电池供电,由电动马达提供挤压动力的血栓防护治疗仪的设计方法和关键问题的解决方案。 After the operation, the blood coagulation reaction of the wound injury, and the lack of exercise, the blood flow is slow, and the thrombosis disease is easily induced. At present, drug prevention and physical methods such as elastic bandages, wearing varicose stockings and pneumatic therapy equipment are usually used. In the process of using the air pressure therapy device, there are some inconvenient places, such as the ward must have an air source, the device needs220 V power supply, the patient cannot move freely, the air bag(sleeve) is bulky and the problem of disinfection. This paper introduces a design method and a solution to the key problems of a thrombus protection therapy device powered by a battery and squeezed by an electric motor.
