混凝土预制板拼装技术在大型气动声学风洞建设中的应用

摘要 文中归纳了预制装配式混凝土风洞的结构特点和建设历史,总结了混凝土预制板拼装技术在大型气动声学风洞结构设计中的设计方法和设计流程。通过结构有限元分析表明,采用混凝土土预制板拼装技术完全能够满足风洞结构强度和变形的要求,对开展大型气动声学风洞的设计与建设具有重要参考意义。 This paper summarizes the structural characteristics and construction history of prefabricated concrete wind tunnels, summarizes the design method and design process of concrete prefabricated panel assembly technology in the structural design of large aeroacoustic wind tunnels, and verifies the use of structural finite element analysis. The assembly technology of concrete-soil prefabricated slabs can fully meet the requirements of wind tunnel structural strength and deformation, and has important reference significance for the design and construction of large-scale aeroacoustic wind tunnels.
