失眠的“学霸”——高三学生持续失眠的个案辅导 被引量:1

摘要 一个高三“学霸”陷入了持续失眠的困扰之中,心理教师运用认知行为疗法(CBT)进行个案概念化后,通过挖掘他的自动化想法,找出他不合理的核心信念,对他失眠问题产生的原因进行探索;在此基础上运用苏格拉底式提问、现实检验技术、四角困境技术等,调整他的认知偏差,并对同年级学生开展相关主题的团体心理活动课。四次辅导后,该学生走出了失眠的困扰。
