自由曲面铝反射镜快刀伺服切削加工实验研究

摘要 自由曲面光学元件与球面和非球面光学元件相比能够提供更高的光学设计自由度,应用于成像光学系统有利于简化系统结构和改善成像质量,在新一代空间光学遥感领域具有广阔的应用前景。为了提高铝自由曲面反射镜的制造精度,使用快刀伺服加工(FTS)方法对铝材质、XY多项式形式自由曲面反射镜进行了加工实验,采用扫描电子显微镜对加工表面形貌进行观察,并通过轮廓仪测量其面形精度和表面粗糙度。研究了进给率、主轴转速、切削深度对表面粗糙度的影响,并分别建立了进给率、主轴转速、切削深度与表面粗糙度的多项式和线性拟合曲线。结果表明:铝自由曲面的粗糙度受切削深度和主轴转速的影响较小,受进给率影响较大,随着进给率的增大,表面粗糙度逐渐增大;铝自由曲面的粗糙度跟进给率、主轴转速、切削深度的关系曲线拟合程度较高。最终加工完成的表面面形精度PV达到3.786μm,表面粗糙度Ra值为3.5 nm,实现了自由曲面铝反射镜的高精度镜面加工。
