摘要
同轴磁控管的研究工作当中涉及到的工作模式竞争是一个重要的问题,竞争模的产生影响正常π模的振荡。本文首先利用CST软件对于各个振荡模式进行了仿真分析,介绍了π模以及其干扰模的电场矢量分布和色散图,并分析相关参数的影响。对设计当中遇到的主要竞争模式进行了定性分析,并提出相关的解决方案进行衰减设计,确保π模稳定振荡,最后得到综合竞争模式衰减后的各模式品质因数对比结果,在对π模Q_(0)影响较小的情况下,最大限度降低竞争模式的Q_(0),达到了衰减竞争模式的目的。
In the study of coaxial magnetrons,the operating mode competition is a serious problem,which affects the oscillation of normalπmodes.CST software is used to simulate and analyze each oscillation mode.The electric field vector distribution and dispersion pattern ofπmode and its interference mode are introduced,and the influence of relevant parameters is analyzed.The main competition modes encountered in the design are qualitatively analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed for attenuation design to ensure the stable oscillation ofπmode.The comparison results of the quality factor of each mode after the comprehensive attenuation of competition mode are obtained.Maintaining less influence on Q_(0) ofπmode,the Q_(0) of competition mode is reduced to the greatest extent to attenuate the competition mode.
