形式主义、官僚主义是我们党的大敌、人民的大敌。历史经验表明,对形式主义、官僚主义保持高度警惕并持续不断地加以整治,始终保持和发扬理论联系实际、密切联系群众、批评与自我批评的优良传统与作风,是我们党成立百年来能够战胜一切风险挑战和不断发展壮大的重要原因。作风建设永远在路上,我们必须一以贯之地坚持从思想上作风上制度上反对和整治形式主义、官僚主义,彻底铲除形式主义、官僚主义滋生的土壤和生存条件,从而使中国共产党人的优良传统和作风不断发扬光大。

Formalism and bureaucracy are the enemies of our party and people. It is because of our party’s great effort on keeping high vigilance and fighting against formalism and bureaucracy consistently that all the risks and challenges have been overcome since the establishment of the CPC. Therefore, the party has grown stronger and stronger. The construction of party conduct and the campaign against formalism and bureaucracy should never be stopped. To carry forward the excellent tradition and working style of the CPC, the breeding soil and living conditions of formalism and bureaucracy must be completely eradicated.
