摘要
增进各族群众对中华文化的认同是开展国家通用语言文字教育的实质意涵。在中华文化语境下,民族地区开展国家通用语言文字教育包含三个层面的认同诉求,即对作为中华文化符号的国家通用语言文字的认同、对国家通用语言文字所象征的中华民族文化身份的认同、对国家通用语言文字所蕴含的中华文化价值观念的认同。鉴于此,国家通用语言文字教育应从学校教师、课程设置、教育介质和校园环境等四个方面做出积极回应,借由国家通用语言文字的教学使中华文化的丰富积蕴得到表达和阐释,进而确立和强化学生对中华文化的认同。
To enhance the identity of the people of all ethnic groups to the Chinese culture is the essence of the development of national standard language education. In the context of Chinese culture, the national Common language education in ethnic areas includes three aspects of identity, that is about as Chinese culture symbol of national common language identity, the country’s general language symbol of the Chinese nation culture identity, the country’s general language contained in the identification of Chinese cultural values. In view of this, the education of national Common language should respond positively from four aspects of school teachers, curriculum setting, educational media and campus environment, so as to express and explain the profound accumulation of Chinese culture through the teaching of national standard language, and then establish and strengthen the identification of students to Chinese culture.
