乙螨唑对斑马鱼的急性毒性与生物富集效应 被引量:2

摘要 为评价乙螨唑对水生生态系统的影响,采用静态试验法研究了96%乙螨唑原药对斑马鱼的急性毒性和生物富集效应。结果表明:96%乙螨唑原药对斑马鱼的急性毒性96 h-LC_(50)=1.55 mg/L,在0.0155 mg/L和0.155 mg/L质量浓度下,乙螨唑在斑马鱼体内的富集系数BCF_(8d)分别为4425 L/kg和3305 L/kg。根据GB/T31270-2014《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》进行毒性等级划分,96%乙螨唑原药对斑马鱼的急性毒性为“中毒”,生物富集表征为“高富集性”。研究数据可用于乙螨唑对环境的风险评价,指导田间安全使用,降低对环境的危害。 In order to evaluate the effects of etoxazole on the aquatic ecosystem, the acute toxicity and bioconcentration of 96% etoxazole TC in Danio rerio were studied by static test.The results showed that the 96 h-LC_(50)of 96% etoxazole TC to Danio rerio was 1.55 mg/L.Under the concentration of 0.0155 mg/L and 0.155 mg/L,the BCF_(8d)of 96 % etoxazole TC was 4425 L/kg and 3305 L/kg, respectively.According to the national standard GB/T 31270-2014,the acute toxicity of 96 % etoxazole TC to Danio rerio was medium, and the bioconcentration was high.The research data can be used to evaluate the environmental risk of etoxazole, to guide the safe use of etoxazole in the field, and to reduce the harm of etoxazole to the environment.
