箭叶淫羊藿药材等级质量研究

Study on grade and quality of Epimedium sagittatum

目的:建立箭叶淫羊藿药材商品规格等级质量评价方法。方法:将16批箭叶淫羊藿药材根据叶片颜色、有无杂质、虫蛀、是否完整分为3个等级和统货,分别计算各等级叶片和叶柄占比,测定水分、浸出物和总黄酮含量,采用SPSS23.0软件对数据进行主成分分析、系统聚类分析和K-均值聚类分析。结果:箭叶淫羊藿药材可分为3个等级和统货,一等:叶片占比为100.0%,颜色以深绿色为主,水分不超过12%,水溶性浸出物不低于24.0%,醇溶性浸出物不低于26.0%,总黄酮不低于11.0%;二等:叶片占比不低于91.0%,颜色以浅绿色为主,水分不超过12.0%,水溶性浸出物不低于23.0%,醇溶性浸出物不低于25.0%,总黄酮不低于10.0%;三等:叶片占比不低于81.0%,颜色以浅黄绿色为主,水分不超过12.0%,水溶性浸出物不低于22.0%,醇溶性浸出物不低于24.0%,总黄酮不低于9.0%;统货:叶片占比不低于81.0%,颜色以深绿色、浅绿色、浅黄绿色为主,水分不超过12.0%,水溶性浸出物不低于22.0%,醇溶性浸出物不低于24.0%,总黄酮不低于9.0%。结论:初步建立箭叶淫羊藿药材商品规格等级质量评价方法,为规范该药材市场秩序提供科学依据。

We established an evaluation method for the grade and quality of Epimedium sagittatum.16 batches of Epimedium sagittatum medicinal materials were divided into four grades according to the leaf color, impurity, moth damage, and wholeness.The proportions of leaves and petioles in each grade were calculated, and the contents of water, extract and total flavonoids were determined.SPSS23.0 was used for principal component analysis, systematic cluster analysis, and K-means cluster analysis.The grading standards of Epimedium sagittatum medicinal materials were determined as follows.The first grade: the proportion of leaves was 100.0 %,the color was mainly dark green, the water content was not more than 12.0 %,the water-soluble extract was not less than 24.0 %,the alcohol-soluble extract was not less than 26.0 %,and the total flavonoids was not less than 11.0 %.The second grade: the proportion of leaves was not less than 91.0 %,the color was mainly light green, the water content was not more than 12.0 %,the water-soluble extract was not less than 23.0 %,the alcohol-soluble extract was not less than 25.0 %,and the total flavonoids was not less than 10.0 %.The third grade: the proportion of leaves was not less than 81.0 %,the color was mainly light yellowish green, the water content was not more than 12.0 %,the water-soluble extract was not less than 22.0 %,the alcohol-soluble extract was not less than 24.0 %,and the total flavonoids was not less than 9.0 %.The gradeless materials: the proportion of leaves was not less than 81.0 %,the color was mainly dark green, light green, and light yellowish green, the water content was not more than 12.0 %,the water-soluble extract was not less than 22.0 %,the alcohol-soluble extract was not less than 24.0 %,and the total flavonoids was not less than 9.0 %.This study has preliminarily established the evaluation method for the grade and quality of Epimedium sagittatum medicinal materials, and has provided a scientific basis for the regulation of the medicinal material market.
