烧结温度对粉煤灰--黄土基陶瓷膜支撑体的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探究了不同烧结温度对粉煤灰—黄土基陶瓷膜支撑体性能的影响,并利用SEM、XRD等表征手段,对支撑体纯水通量、抗折强度、酸碱腐蚀率、显气孔率等性能指标进行测试分析。实验结果表明,所测试的性能指标中,除抗折强度外,纯水通量、酸碱腐蚀率、显气孔率均随烧结温度的升高而降低。烧结温度为1050℃、纯水通量为5272.42 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·MPa^(-1)、酸腐蚀率3.123%、碱腐蚀率0.093%、抗折强度3.824 MPa、显气孔率为29.681%时,支撑体性能最佳。 The effects of different sintering temperatures on the properties of fly ash-loess based ceramic membrane support were investigated,and the pure water flux,flexural strength,acid and alkali corrosion resistance,apparent porosity and other performance indicators of the support were tested and analyzed by SEM and XRD.The experimental results show that among all the performance indexes tested,except for flexural strength,the other three(the pure water flux,acid-base corrosion rate and apparent porosity)decrease with the increase of sintering temperature.When the sintering temperature is 1050,the pure water flux is℃5272.42 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·MPa^(-1),the acid corrosion rate is 3.123%,the alkali corrosion rate is 0.093%,the flexural strength is 3.824 MPa,and the apparent porosity is 29.681%,the support performance is the best.
