摘要
氮化铝(AlN)由于具有一系列优良特性,在众多领域得到广泛应用。但是,AlN原料的易水解性使其应用范围受到了一定的限制。因此,在深入研究AlN粉体原料水解行为的基础上,再进行表面改性,以提高AlN粉体原料的抗水解能力,是一个非常重要的研究课题。综述了AlN粉体的水解行为及其抗水解改性的研究进展情况,并对现有抗水解改性方法存在的问题进行了分析,最后对发展趋势进行了展望。
Aluminum Nitride(AlN)has been widely used in many fields due to a series of excellent properties,but the easy hydrolysis of AlN raw materials has limited its application range.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth research on the hydrolysis behavior of AlN powder raw materials,it is a very important research topic to improve the hydrolysis resistance of AlN powder raw materials by surface modification.The research progress of the hydrolysis behavior of AlN powder and its hydrolysis resistance modification is reviewed,and the problems existing in the hydrolysis resistance modification methods are summarized.Finally,the development trends are prospected.
