摘要
分析研究了景德镇地区陶瓷工业燃气梭式窑的能源利用情况,以及几种可以降低其能耗的燃烧技术和余热换热回收技术。提出了“陶瓷工业燃气梭式窑作为用能设备产品,可制定其能效等级评判标准,建立其能效标识体系,并对其实施能效标识制度”的建议,为陶瓷工业梭式窑的能效定级与节能评判提供了一种新的评价方法。采用先进技术配置高效节能的燃烧器与变频风机进行现有窑炉的节能改造;或是新建自动化控制程度更高的先进燃烧技术的节能窑炉以提高窑炉烧成的热效率和余热利用率,达到节能减排的目的。
Analyzes energy utilization of gas shuttle kiln in ceramic industry in Jingdezhen area,as well as several combustion technologies and waste heat exchange and recovery technologies that can reduce its energy consumption.It puts forward the suggestion that“as an energy consuming equipment product,gas shuttle kiln in ceramic industry can formulate its energy efficiency grade evaluation standard and establish and implement its energy efficiency labeling system”,It provides a set of new evaluation method for energy efficiency grading and energy-saving evaluation and urges enterprises to adopt advanced technology,configure high-efficiency and energy-saving burners and variable-frequency fans,to carry out energy-saving transformation of existing kilns,or build new energy-saving kilns with higher degree of automatic control and advanced combustion technology according to the actual operation of kilns.The above methods are to improve the thermal efficiency and waste heat utilization rate of kiln firing so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction.At the same time,it also helps to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization,which can effectively promote the process of green kiln manufacturing in the ceramic industry.
