全媒体时代中小学德育的挑战与应对

Challenges and Countermeasures of Moral Education in Primary and High Schools in the Era of Omnimedia

随着互联网技术的发展和手机的普及,全媒体时代已经悄然而至,快速高效的信息传播成为国际社会争夺意识形态话语权的重要阵地。它具有场域的超时空性、传播对象的个体性与交互性、信息内容的碎片化和娱乐性等特征,从而使全媒体信息价值失序,中小学德育面临意识形态安全、监管漏洞频现、价值多元困境、德育话语权遭到稀释等诸多挑战。据此,中小学德育应注重内外兼修,加强微时空生态治理;强化德育的整体性,推进家校社企政协同育人;开发中小学德育电子教材,增强主流微平台的话语吸引力。

With the development of internet technology and the popularity of the mobile phones,the era of omnimedia has come silently,and the rapid and efficient dissemination of information has become an important position for the international community to fight for the power of ideological discourse.It has such features as with the nature of super-space and time of information dissemination,the individuality and interactivity of the information dissemination objects,and the fragmentation and entertainment of information contents and so on,that has caused such challenges as the value disorder of all-media information,moral education in primary and high schools faces ideological security,frequent regulatory loopholes,predicaments of multiple values and the dilution of the discourse power of moral education.And therefore,the moral education in primary and high schools should pay attention to both internal and external cultivation,strengthen the ecological governance of the micro-space and time,strengthen the integrity of moral education,and promote the synergic education among homes,schools,societies,enterprises and governments.Electronic textbooks of the moral education in primary and high schools should be developed to enhance and strengthen the discourse appeal of mainstream microplatforms.
