指向师德师风建设的教师评价改革

On the Reform Measures of Teacher Evaluation for Building Teacher Professional Morality

教师评价既是教育评价的重要组成部分,也是师德师风建设的重要途径。一定的良好内外环境是师德建设的基本前提。相对于社会文化、道德风尚,教育评价中的教师评价不仅是师德建设的内环境的必要组成部分,而且是师德师风建设的内环境的核心。一定意义上,有怎样的教师评价也就会有怎样的师德师风的生态格局,也就会有怎样的师德师风。针对当下教师评价的种种阻碍师德师风建设的现象,要建设良好师德师风,教师评价应从弱化教育教学的“推手”转向强化教育教学的有效机制、从把能绩表现放在首位转向把师德表现放在首位、从注重表彰和褒奖少数教师转向注重激励全体教师。
