On the Reform Measures of Teacher Evaluation for Building Teacher Professional Morality

摘要 教师评价既是教育评价的重要组成部分,也是师德师风建设的重要途径。一定的良好内外环境是师德建设的基本前提。相对于社会文化、道德风尚,教育评价中的教师评价不仅是师德建设的内环境的必要组成部分,而且是师德师风建设的内环境的核心。一定意义上,有怎样的教师评价也就会有怎样的师德师风的生态格局,也就会有怎样的师德师风。针对当下教师评价的种种阻碍师德师风建设的现象,要建设良好师德师风,教师评价应从弱化教育教学的“推手”转向强化教育教学的有效机制、从把能绩表现放在首位转向把师德表现放在首位、从注重表彰和褒奖少数教师转向注重激励全体教师。 Teacher evaluation is not only an important part of educational evaluation,but also a necessary step and an important approach in the construction of teacher professional morality.A good internal and external environment is the basic premise of the construction of teacher professional morality.Compared with social culture and morality,teacher evaluation in educational evaluation plays an essential role in the internal environment of teacher professional morality.construction,and the core of its constituents as well.In a sense,ecological pattern of professional morality.of teachers is always depend on teacher evaluation.For the current teacher evaluation,all kinds of phenomena that hinder the construction of the teachers’ ethics,so in order to build good morality,the evaluation of teacher morality should be emphasized from formalization to substance,pay more attention to praise all the teachers’ incentive rather than a few teachers,and should change from the pusher of weakening teachers’ educational survival to strengthening the effective mechanism of teachers’ educational survival.
