摘要
针对一起220 kV电缆受钻机钻探导致的外力破坏事故,通过现场检查情况,分析事故原因和暴露问题,根据事故教训提出整改措施和教训启示,以供参考。
In view of an external force destruction accident caused by drilling rig of 220 kV cable,through on-site inspection,it analyzes the causes and exposed problems.According to the lessons of the accident,rectification measures and lessons are put forward for reference.
