干风保养技术在火电机组汽水系统全保护中的应用

摘要 干风保养技术是防止火电机组长期停(备)用热力设备停用腐蚀的一种有效手段。结合火电机组汽水系统的结构特点,分析了火电机组汽水系统全保护采用干风保养技术的可行性,并研究设计了一套干风保养系统,采用开式与半开半闭式相结合运行方式,成功应用于某电厂600 MW超临界机组汽水系统的全保护,表明了干风保养技术在长期停(备)用火电机组汽水系统全保护中应用可行,且保养效果达到预期目标。 Dry air maintenance technology is an effective means to prevent corrosion of thermal equipment used for long-term shutdown(standby)of thermal power units.With the structure characteristics of steam-water system for thermal power unit,it analyzes the feasibility of using dry air maintenance technology for the full protection of steam-water system,and designs a dry air maintenance system,using the combination of open and half open and half closed operation mode.It successfully applied to the full protection of the steam-water system for a 600 MW supercritical unit.It shows that the dry air maintenance technology is feasible to be applied in the full protection of the steam-water system for the thermal power unit with long-term shutdown(standby),and the maintenance effect reaches the expected goal.
