直驱风力发电机组主轴承轴电压降低方法与实践

摘要 为了解直驱风力发电机轴电压水平,测试了常规直驱风力发电机组主轴承轴电压的水平,并分析了直驱机组主轴承轴电压产生的原因,在直驱机组的动轴和定轴之间加装多组滑动接触装置,形成等电位连接,并在一台风力发电机组上进行了验证,轴电压的降低效果十分显著,可作为后续直驱风力发电机组设计时降低轴电压的一种思路,提高机组轴承部件的可靠性。 In order to understand the shaft voltage level of direct drive wind turbine,the voltage level of main bearing of conventional direct drive wind turbine is tested,and the causes of main bearing voltage of direct drive wind turbine are analyzed.Multiple groups of sliding contact devices are installed between the moving shaft and fixed shaft of direct drive wind turbine to form equipotential connection,which is verified on a wind turbine.The reduction effect of shaft voltage is very significant,which can be used as an idea to reduce shaft voltage in the design of follow-up direct drive wind turbine and improve the reliability of bearing components of the unit.
