Investigation and Thinking of a Auto Fire Caused by Electrical Fault

以一起汽车火灾调查为例,通过调查询问、现场勘验、检验鉴定等手段,确定火灾原因系汽车电气线路故障引起,厘清车主、厂方、保险公司之间的责任,对类似火灾调查具有借鉴作用。通过本起火灾认定,总结了汽车电气故障火灾原因认定条件、汽车火灾现场勘验中痕迹物证识别等经验,提出吸纳汽车销售服务公司技术人员参与火灾调查的建议。

This study took a auto fire as an investigation example.After questioning witnesses,conducting the fire scene investigation and identifying the material evidences,it was found that the fire was caused by the electrical fault of the car.The responsibilities of the owner,supplier and insurance company were confirmed accordingly.The process of the investigation can be used as a reference for similar fire investigation.On the basis of this case,this paper summarizes the factors to determine the electrical fault as the cause of the auto fire,and methods to identify the trace evidence in auto fire scene investigation,proposes to involve the technical staff of the auto sales and service companies in the fire investigation.
