大数据时代公安网络舆情风险识别研究

Research on Public Security Risk Identification of Network Public Opinion in Big Data Era

大数据时代,公安机关肩负着网络舆情风险识别、管控、处理的重要任务,基于大数据分析技术的公安网络舆情风险识别系统,在网络舆情监测、分析、研判、引导和打击网络违法犯罪等方面起着极其重要的作用。对我国网络舆情风险的相关文献进行分析,概述目前的主要研究方向,并基于大数据分析和网格建模思想建立了一种遗传算法优化的动态网格舆情风险识别系统。同时,建立的模型和方法能有效挖掘、识别、筛选网络舆情风险信息,把握舆情风险的传播演化规律和网络拓扑结构,为公安网络舆情风险识别工作提供重要参考。

Public security authorities are responsible for the important task of network public opinion identification,control and processing.The public security risk identification system of network public opinion built on the basis of big data analysis technology plays an extremely important role in network public opinion monitoring,analysis,research and judgment,guidance and cracking down on network crimes.This paper analyzes the relevant literature on network public opinion risk,outlines the current main research directions,and establishes a genetic algorithm optimized dynamic grid public opinion risk identification system based on big data analysis and grid modeling ideas.The models and methods established in this study can effectively mine,identify,and screen risky information among network public opinion,grasp the propagation evolution law and network topology of public opinion risks,and provide important references for public security network public opinion risk identification.
