摘要 [目的]研究硒(Se)对铬(Cr)胁迫下番茄幼苗叶绿素合成代谢的影响。[方法]选用番茄品种中杂9号为试材,探究叶面喷施1 mg/L Na_(2)SeO_(3)溶液对10 mg/L K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7)胁迫下番茄幼苗叶绿素的含量及其合成前体物质含量和关键酶活性的影响。[结果]叶面喷施Se可显著提升PBGD和UROS活性,有效改善Cr胁迫对叶绿素合成途径中胆色素原向尿卟啉原Ⅲ转化的阻碍作用,从而增加番茄幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量。[结论]该研究旨在揭示外源Se对Cr胁迫下植物叶绿素合成代谢的调控机制。 [Objective] To study the effects of selenium on chlorophyll synthesis metabolism of tomato seedlings under chromium stress. [Method] Taking the tomato cultivar Zhongza No.9 as test materials,the effects of foliar-spraying 1 mg/L selenium on the chlorophyll contents and precursors contents and key enzyme activities of chlorophyll synthesis metabolism of tomato seedlings under 10 mg/L chromium stress were investigated. [Result] Foliar-spraying selenium increased the PBGD and UROS activities,which significantly alleviated the blocking effect of chromium stress on the transformation from PBG to UroⅢ of chlorophyll synthesis pathway,and finally increased the chlorophyll contents of tomato seedling leaves. [Conclusion] The research aimed to reveal the regulatory mechanism of exogenous selenium on plant chlorophyll synthesis metabolism under chromium stress.
