黄精是我国传统的中药材,作为一种药食两用类植物,黄精富含多种生物活性物质,具有降血脂血糖、延缓衰老、调节免疫力、抗病毒等诸多药用价值。随着社会经济及生活水平的不断提高,黄精在化妆品、保健品、园艺观赏等方面也有了广泛应用,其潜在的市场和广阔的发展前景越来越受到人们重视。现阶段,产业创新不足、市场竞争力薄弱、栽培品质良莠不齐等原因严重制约辽宁省黄精产业发展,该文综合运用SWOT分析法,从辽宁省黄精产业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁4个方面进行逐一分析,提出适宜辽宁省黄精产业发展的解决方案,旨在为今后黄精产业的深度发展及产品的合理开发提供新思路。

Polygonati rhizoma(Huang jing)is a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China.Polygonati rhizoma,as a medicinal and edible plant,is rich in a variety of biologically active substances.It has many medicinal values such as lowering blood lipids and blood sugar,delaying aging,regulating immunity,and antivirus,etc.With the continuous improvement of social economy and living standards,Polygonati rhizoma has also been widely used in cosmetics,health products,gardening and ornamental,etc.The development of the Polygonati rhizoma industry have currently restricted by insufficient industrial innovation,weak market competitiveness,and uneven cultivation quality in Liaoning province.The study comprehensively uses the SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the Polygonati rhizoma industry in Liaoning province.It proposes suitable solutions in order to provide new ideas for in-depth development development of Polygonati rhizoma industry and the rational development of products in the future.
