摘要
2020年以来,为了应对新冠肺炎疫情带来的全球性危机,韩国与东盟加强了公共卫生领域的合作。当前,韩国与东盟已形成了多层次的公共卫生合作机制,并开展了多样化的公共卫生合作项目,但双方的公共卫生合作在合作主体、合作机制、合作内容与合作环境上仍面临一系列问题与挑战。在疫情防控常态化背景下,疫情防控合作将继续作为韩国—东盟公共卫生合作的重点,双方在公共卫生领域的互补性将继续推动合作升级,“数字医疗”的发展和东方传统医药的复兴也将为双方合作带来新的前景。
Since 2020,in response to the global crisis brought about by the outbreak of COVID-19,ROK and ASEAN have strengthened cooperation in the field of public health.At present,ROK and ASEAN have formed a multi-level public health cooperation mechanism and carried out diversified public health cooperation projects.However,there are still a series of problems and challenges in the public health cooperation between the two sides from the four levels of cooperation subject,cooperation mechanism,cooperation content and cooperation environment.In the post-epidemic era,cooperation on epidemic prevention and control will continue to be the focus of public health cooperation between ROK and ASEAN.The complementarity of the two sides in the field of public health will continue to promote the upgrading of cooperation.The development of“digital healthcare”and the revival of traditional Oriental medicine will also bring new prospects for bilateral cooperation.
