乳腺癌放射治疗定位中两步标记线法对摆位误差的影响

Influence of two step marking method on positioning error in radiotherapy of breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌放射治疗定位中两步标记线法对摆位误差的影响。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院放射物理科乳腺病区2019年6月~2020年12月乳腺癌住院患者226例,随机采用乳腺托架原有定位方法和两步标记线法,分为原有定位组(n=112)和两步标记线组(n=114)。比较两组摆位误差、摆位合格率和摆位旋转误差。结果与原有摆位组比较,两步标记线组X轴方向误差为(1.258±0.215)mm、Y轴方向误差为(1.637±0.329)mm、Z轴方向误差为(2.140±0.356)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两步标记线方法摆位重复性好,精度高,三维方向摆位误差均在3 mm以内,旋转误差也均小于1度。结论采用两步标记线方法可以降低摆位误差,为需要接受放射治疗的乳腺癌患者提供精准的摆位和治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of two step marking method on positioning errors in radiotherapy of breast cancer.Methods A total of 226 breast cancer patients in Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the original positioning group(n=112)and the two step marking line group(n=114)by using the original breast positioning method and the two step marking method.The positioning error,positioning qualified rate and positioning rotation error of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the original positioning group,the X-axis error,Y-axis error and Z-axis error in the two step marking line group were(1.258±0.215)mm,(1.637±0.329)mm,and(2.140±0.356)mm,respectively(P<0.05).The two step marking line method had good repeatability and high precision.The three dimensional positioning error was less than 3 mm and the rotation error was less than 1 degree.Conclusion The two step marking method can reduce the setup error and provide precise placement and treatment for patients with breast cancer who need radiotherapy.
