长庆气田新型缓蚀型泡排剂的开发与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 长庆气田泡排与腐蚀是采气过程中主要的问题之一。通过泡排缓蚀单剂的复配,获得一种具有泡排与缓蚀一体的泡排缓蚀剂配方:15%咪唑啉+15%十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱+5%EDTA+10%乙二醇单丁醚+10%甲醇+45%清水。该配方泡排性能优良,老化前后起始起泡高度、5 min起泡高度、携液量均能达到《泡沫排水采气用起泡剂评价方法》(SY/T 6465—2000)指标要求,且兼具良好的缓蚀性能,加量0.5%时,缓蚀率达到80%以上,是一种良好的缓蚀起泡剂。 Foaming drainage and corrosion in Changqing gas field are the main problems in the process of gas production.In this paper,through the compounding of a single foam drainage agent and corrosion inhibitor,a foaming drainage corrosion inhibitor formula with a combination of foaming drainage and corrosion inhibition was obtained:15%imidazoline+15%stearyl dimethyl betaine+5%EDTA+10%ethylene glycol monobutyl ether+10%methanol+45%water.The formula had excellent foaming performance.The initial foaming height before and after aging,the foaming height of 5 minutes,and the amount of liquid carrying met the index requirements of SY/T 6465—2000"Foaming Agent Evaluation Method for Foam Drainage Gas Recovery",and had good corrosion inhibition performance.When the dosage was 0.5%,the corrosion inhibition rate was over 80%.
