氧化石墨烯修饰粉煤灰对甲基橙的吸附研究 被引量:6

摘要 以粉煤灰为载体,利用壳聚糖溶液浸渍粉煤灰表面,然后通过静电吸引将氧化石墨烯组装到粉煤灰上,制备出氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖/粉煤灰(GOCF)复合材料,并采用SEM、XRD对其进行形貌和化学组成表征。研究了壳聚糖、氧化石墨烯(GO)溶液加入量对GOCF复合材料吸附甲基橙的影响,以及吸附条件对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:当加入5 mL 15 mg·mL^(-1)的壳聚糖溶液、40 mL 4 mg·mL^(-1)的氧化石墨烯溶液时,吸附量最大,最大吸附量为23.43 mg·g^(-1),去除率达到46.88%。在甲基橙最佳初始质量浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)的基础上,吸附温度为35℃、振荡吸附时间为1 h、吸附剂投加量为0.015 g时,复合材料对甲基橙的吸附量最大,最大吸附量为40.694 mg·g^(-1),去除率达到48.83%。 The graphene oxide/chitosan/fly ash(GOCF)composites were prepared by impregnating the fly ash surface with chitosan solution and then assembling onto the fly ash by electrostatic attraction.The morphology and chemical composition were characterized by SEM and XRD.The effect of the amount of chitosan and GO solution on the adsorption of methyl orange by GOCF composite were studied,the effect of the adsorption conditions on the adsorption performance were discussed simultaneously.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity was 23.43 mg·g^(-1) and the removal rate was 46.88%when adding 5 mL 15 mg·mL^(-1) chitosan solution and 40 mL 4 mg·mL^(-1) GO solution.When the optimal initial mass concentration of methyl orange was 50 mg·L^(-1),the adsorption temperature was 35℃,the oscillation adsorption time was 1 h,and the dosage of adsorbent was 0.015 g,the maximum adsorption capacity of methyl orange was 40.694 mg·g^(-1),and the removal rate of methyl orange was 48.83%.
