摘要
某石化公司高密装置的流化床堵塞是导致装置不能长周期运行的问题之一。通过对历次流化床堵塞情况的检查,根据流化床堵塞的部位,从工艺和设备结构两方面对堵塞原因进行分析,制定解决措施。在流化床系统工艺生产操作条件上进行逐一优化,并且通过对流化床系统内的设备进行分步骤改进,利用改变循环风量、分布板开孔方向、开孔大小方式和改进旋风分离器等方法进行流化床持续优化。针对流化床改进后运行情况,通过长时间的运行数据积累,对数据进行对比分析,评价流化床优化改进后的运行效果。结果表明:对流化床系统一系列的改进,使其内部达到了良好的沸腾效果,解决了流化床堵塞问题,达到了装置长周期运行的目的。
The blocking of the fluidized bed of HDPE unit in a petrochemical company was one of problems affecting the long period operation of the device.Through the inspection of the blockage of the fluidized bed,according to the location of the blockage of the fluidized bed,the cause of the blockage was analyzed from the aspects of the process and the equipment structure,and the solution was formulated.The production and operating conditions of the fluidized bed system were optimized one by one,and through the step-by-step improvement of the equipment in the fluidized bed system,such as changing the circulating air volume,changing the direction of the opening of the distribution plate,changing the size of the opening,improving the cyclone separator,and so on,the fluidized bed was optimized.In view of the improved operation of the fluidized bed,through the accumulation of long-term operation data,the data was compared and analyzed,and the operation effect of the improved fluidized bed was evaluated.The results showed that a series of improvements to the fluidized bed system achieved good internal boiling effect,solved the problem of fluidized bed blockage,and achieved the purpose of long-period operation of the device.
