新时代高校党支部标准化规范化建设路径探究——基于教育部“全国党建工作样板党支部”培育创建实践

A Probe into the Path of Standardization Construction of Party Branches in Colleges and Universities in the New Era——A Cultivation and Establishment Practice of National Model Party Branch of the Ministry of Education

抓好学校党建工作是学校办学治校的基本功。推进基层党组织标准化规范化建设(以下简称“标准化规范化”建设)是党中央解决基层党建问题作出的重大部署,培育创建党建工作样板党支部是教育部党组落实中央党建工作部署的重要安排,把这些重大部署和重要安排在学校落实落地是练就基本功的具体体现。近年来,中国民用航空飞行学院党委突出“三个到位”,着力“五个强化”,全面做好党支部“标准化规范化”建设,初步形成“四有四新”的建设成效。本文通过对这些做法和成效的梳理,以期为加强高校基层党组织建设提供经验参考。

Doing a good job of party building in a school is the basic skill of running a school.Promoting the standardization of grass-roots party organizations(hereinafter referred to as standardization construction)is a major deployment made by the Party Central Committee to solve the problem of grass-roots party building.Cultivating and establishing a model party branch of the party building work is an important arrangement for the party leading group of the Ministry of Education to implement the deployment of the central party building work,and the implementation of these major arrangements and important arrangements in schools is a concrete embodiment of the basic skills.In recent years,the party committee of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China has highlighted the"three points in place",focused on the"five points reinforcements",comprehensively done a good job in the standardization construction of the party branch,and initially formed the construction results of"four things and four new ideas".Through the carding of these practices and results,this paper aims to provide experience and reference for strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.
