摘要
《民事诉讼法》是法学专业必修课,为适应民航法务实践要求及教育、法治建设信息化的新形势,采用案例、实务、实训、实践操作等多种教学模式,凸显教学过程“实效性”特色,及时将中国特色社会主义法治研究成果,法治实践的最新经验和生动、鲜活案例转化为实践教学资源,对快速强化学生的司法实践技能意义重大。
Civil Procedure Law is a compulsory course for law majors.To adapt to the civil aviation legal practice requirements as well as the informatization of education and the rule of law,it’s required to adopt multiple teaching modes such as case study and practical operation,so as to highlight the feature of effectiveness in teaching process.It’s of great significance for students’practical skills development to timely convert the latest experience of the rule of law research and practice under socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as vivid and fresh cases into practical teaching resources.
