摘要
研究了在PVC生产中用碳酸氢钠中和剂替代氢氧化钙中和剂的可行性。结果表明:碳酸氢钠中和剂的使用显著改善了汽提塔的结垢现象,PVC树脂的各项性能没有明显变化,母液水的COD降低了8.02 mg/L。同时,对下游客户的加工过程进行了跟踪调研,更换中和剂未对产品造成不良影响。因此,碳酸氢钠可用作中和剂。
The feasibility of using sodium bicarbonate neutralizer instead of calcium hydroxide in PVC production was studied.The results showed that the use of sodium bicarbonate neutralizer significantly reduced the scaling phenomenon of stripper,the properties of PVC resin did not change significantly,and the COD of mother liquor water decreased by 8.02 mg/L.At the same time,the investigation the processing process of downstream customers showed that the producets was not adversely affected.Therefore,sodium bicarbonate could be used as neutralizer.
