摘要 综述了PVC树脂热稳定性的评价方法,包括白度法、核磁共振检测分子结构法、刚果红法、初期着色性检测法、紫外光谱法、傅里叶红外光谱法、HC1水吸收法、出片变色法、转矩流变仪法、热重分析法等。针对不同厂家生产的PVC树脂,并结合加工过程,对这10种PVC树脂热稳定性评价方法进行了试验验证,得出的测试结果存在差异,但总体趋势基本一致。指出每种热稳定性评价方法各有其优缺点,须根据实际生产所需要的各项热稳定性指标综合考虑,选择适宜的评价方法。 The methods of determining the thermal stability of PVC resins were summarized.These methods included whiteness method,method of molecular structure detection by NMR,Congo red method,initial discoloration detection method,UV spectrum method,Fourier infrared spectrum method,absorption of HC1 in water method,sheet discoloration method,torque rheometer method,thermo-gravimetric analysis method.Combined with PVC processing process,the 10 methods of evaluating the thermal stability of PVC resins produced by different enterprises were tested and verified.The results obtained were different,but the overall trend was basically the same.It was pointed out that each thermal stability evaluation method had its own advantages and disadvantages,and suitable evaluation methods should be selected according to the thermal stability indexes required by the actual production.
