人工骨料坚固性对混凝土性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 新疆某料场勘探时发现人工粗、细骨料坚固性值可达25%和15%,远超规范5%和8%的限值,因此开展混凝土性能试验,探究人工骨料坚固性对混凝土性能的影响。试验在同一料场加工掺配制得4种坚固性值的粗、细骨料,分别配制4组C35混凝土,测试其拌合物性能、力学性能及耐久性。试验结果表明,粗、细骨料坚固性值分别在25.3%和15.2%以内,对混凝土配合比、拌合物性能没有影响;对混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗渗性能影响不大;对混凝土氯离子扩散系数、抗冻性能有一定的影响。当粗、细骨料坚固性值分别达到19.3%和12.5%,混凝土氯离子迁移系数增大108%;当粗、细骨料坚固性值分别达到25.3%和15.2%,混凝土抗冻性能依然能满足F300,但动弹性模量明显低于其他坚固性等级骨料配制的混凝土。 It was found that the sulfate soundness of artificial coarse and fine aggregate could reach 25%and 15%,far exceeding the limit of the specification(5%and 8%respectively).Therefore concrete experiments were carried out to reveal the impact of sulfate soundness of artificial aggregate on concrete performance.Four aggregates of different values of sulfate soundness was produced from the same quarry,with these aggregates four concrete mix were developed and the performances,mechanical properties and durability were tested.The results show that the sulfate soundness of coarse and fine aggregates within 25.3%and 15.2%respectively,no difference on the mix proportion and performance of fresh concrete was discovered,little effect on the compressive strength,tensile strength and impermeability of concrete and a certain influence on the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and frost resistance of concrete was discovered.When the sulfate soundness of coarse and fine aggregates reach 19.3%and 12.5%respectively,the chloride ion migration coefficient of concrete increases by 108%.When the sulfate soundness of coarse and fine aggregates reach 25.3%and 15.2%respectively,the frost resistance of concrete can meet F300,but the dynamic elastic modulus is significantly lower than that of concrete prepared with other soundness grade aggregates.
