摘要
利用由铁尾矿废石生产的机制砂石代替天然砂石作为骨料制备混凝土是实现固废资源化的一个有力手段,保证固废混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能则是关键。设计了不同掺量(0、30%、70%、100%)机制砂石等质量代替天然砂石作为骨料制备混凝土,进行了立方体抗压强度试验和抗氯离子渗透性试验。试验结果表明:掺加机制砂石的混凝土抗压强度相比普通混凝土抗压强度提高13.2%~19.5%;不同掺量机制砂石混凝土的氯离子渗透性评价均为低,同时混凝土氯离子扩散系数随抗压强度的增大呈线性递减趋势。
Natural sandstone is replaced by machine-made sandstone produced from iron tailings as aggregates for concrete preparation,which is a powerful means to realize the recycling of solid waste.The compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration of solid waste concrete are its key indicators.The machine-made aggregate is used instead of natural aggregate of the same quality,and the concrete with different content(0,30%,70%,100%)of machine-made aggregate is prepared.Cube compressive strength test and chloride ion permeability test were carried out.The test results show that the compressive strength of concrete mixed with machine-made aggregate is increased by 13.2%~19.5%compared with ordinary concrete.The chloride ion permeability of the concrete with different content of machine-made aggregate is low.At the same time,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete decreases linearly with the increase of compressive strength.
