摘要
基于正交试验对影响植生混凝土基本物理力学性能的因素进行了分析,探究了骨料粒径、水灰比、胶凝材料用量以及SAC-OPC用量比对其孔隙率、强度和碱度的影响,并通过拟合骨料粒径、水灰比、胶凝材料用量与抗压强度和孔隙率的多元线性方程对配合比进行优选。结果表明:骨料粒径和胶凝材料对抗压强度和孔隙率影响较大;硫铝酸盐水泥能够在一定程度上降低孔隙内碱度。
The factors affecting the basic physical and mechanical properties of planting concrete are analyzed based on orthogonal test.The influences of aggregate particle size,water-cement ratio,cementation material dosage and SAC-OPC dosage ratio on porosity,strength and alkalinity were investigated.The ratio was optimized by fitting the multivariate nonlinear equation of aggregate particle size,water-cement ratio,cementation material amount,compressive strength and porosity.The results show that aggregate particle size and cementitious material have great influence on compressive strength and porosity.Sulphoaluminate cement can reduce alkalinity in pore to a certain extent.Through the nonlinear fitting formula of compressive strength and porosity,multi-factor optimization was carried out for the planting concrete.
