摘要 轻骨料超高强混凝土的配制是从两方面同时考虑的,一方面以胶凝体作为混凝土材料的支撑体系,需提高胶凝体材料的用量,根据不同胶凝体材料对胶凝体强度的贡献以及颗粒级配进行合理搭配,同时采用低水胶比,实现胶凝体的密实性来提高胶凝体的强度和与骨料的黏结强度;另一方面从轻质入手,合理选用轻质骨料,有效实现轻质效果;据此成功配制出拌合物性能良好,强度不低于100 MPa轻骨料超高强混凝土。 The preparation of lightweight aggregate ultra-high strength concrete is considered from two aspects at the same time.On the one hand,taking the cementitiou gels as the support system of concrete materials,it is necessary to increase the amount of cementitiou materials,reasonably mix according to the contribution of different cementitiou materials to the strength of cementitiou gels and particles gradation,meanwhile low water binder ratio is adopted to realize the compactness of the gel to improve the strength and the bonding strength with the aggregate.On the other hand,proceeding from lightweight,light aggregate is reasonably selected to effectively realize the effect.Based on this,the lightweight aggregate ultra-high strength concrete with good performance and strength of no less than 100 MPa was successfully prepared.
