摘要
为了获得设计强度与水胶比的关系式,优化全计算法中水胶比和用水量公式,提出一种超高性能水泥胶砂配合比精准设计方法,将水泥胶砂实测抗压强度与设计强度偏差范围控制在-1%~8%。通过将质量分数为0、8%、10%、12%、14%、16%的粉煤灰分别掺入水泥胶砂,获得基于ISO法的水泥胶砂28 d抗压强度值,并计算活性指数,基于优化后全计算法设计并获得C100粉煤灰水泥胶砂实测抗压强度,作为设计强度值代入关系式中,并应用于C110粉煤灰水泥胶砂配合比设计。结果表明:粉煤灰在水泥胶砂中活性指数为0.93~1.01,C100粉煤灰水泥胶砂28 d抗压强度值为99~108 MPa,关系式中修正系数K值0.99~1.08,C110粉煤灰水泥胶砂28 d抗压强度值为110~113 MPa;基于C100粉煤灰水泥胶砂实测数据,提出了超高性能水泥胶砂配合比精准设计方法,并应用于C110粉煤灰水泥胶砂配合比设计,实测抗压强度与设计强度偏差范围满足控制要求。
The purpose is to obtain the relationship between the design strength and the water-binder ratio was obtained,and the formula of water-binder ratio and water consumption in the full calculation method was optimized.An accurate design method for the mix proportion of ultra-high performance cement mortar was proposed.The deviation between the measured compressive strength and the design strength of cement mortar is controlled within-1%~8%.The fly ash with mass fraction of 0,8%,10%,12%,14%and 16%was mixed into cement mortar respectively to obtain the 28 day compressive strength value of cement mortar based on ISO method and calculate the activity index.Based on the optimized full calculation method,the measured compressive strength of C100 fly ash cement mortar was designed and obtained,which was substituted into the relationship as the design strength value,It is applied to the mix design of C110 fly ash cement mortar.The activity index of fly ash in cement mortar is 0.93~1.01,the 28 d compressive strength of C100 fly ash cement mortar is 99~108 MPa,the correction coefficient K value is 0.99~1.08,and the 28 d compressive strength of C110 fly ash cement mortar is 110~113 MPa.Based on the measured data of C100 fly ash cement mortar,an accurate design method for the mix proportion of ultra-high performance cement mortar is proposed and applied to the mix proportion design of C110 fly ash cement mortar.The deviation range between the measured compressive strength and the designed strength meets the control requirements.
