摘要
本文应用构建的瞪羚企业科技创新能力影响模型,通过DEMATEL方法,对中国瞪羚企业科技创新能力的影响因素进行研究。研究表明,瞪羚企业科技创新能力主要受技术、资金、管理、环境四大因素的影响,按照影响度、被影响度、中心度、原因度4种情况对其中内含的18个子因素进行具体分析,找出瞪羚企业科技创新能力影响因素中存在的不足及其结构性问题,提出相应的对策建议,旨在提高未来瞪羚企业的可持续创新能力。
In this paper the influence model of scientific and technological innovation capability of gazelle companies is constructed by DEMATEL model,and the influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation capability are studied.The study shows that the scientific and technological innovation capability of gazelle companies is mainly affected by technology,capital,management and environment.This paper makes a specific analysis of the 18 sub-factors contained in it according to the four conditions of influence degree,influenced degree,centrality degree,reason degree,and finds the deficiencies and structural problems of influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation capability of gazelle companies.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the sustainable innovation capability of gazelle companies in the future.
