中国科学院产学研合作网络特征对其科技成果转化绩效的影响 被引量:11

Influence of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Industry-University-Research Cooperation Network Characteristics on the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements

摘要 为了探究中国科学院的产学研合作网络特征在其科技成果转化中扮演的重要角色,本研究以基于专利的中国科学院科技成果转化数据为样本,借助社会网络分析方法构建了“企业-科研院所”“大学-科研院所”“企业-大学-科研院所”合作网络,并通过回归方法进一步探究网络特征对其科技成果转化绩效的影响。结果表明,在产研合作网络中,中国科学院的加权度中心度与结构洞对其科技成果转化绩效有显著正向影响;在学研合作网络中,中国科学院的加权度中心度对其科技成果转化绩效不存在显著影响,其占据的结构洞对科技成果转化绩效存在显著正向影响;在产学研合作网络中,中国科学院的加权度中心度与其占据的结构洞均对其科技成果转化绩效不存在显著影响。本研究可对增强中国科学院及其他科研院所加强科技成果转化管理实践、提高其科技成果转化绩效提供新的决策参考。 In order to explore the important role played by the industry-university-research cooperation network characteristics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the transformation of its scientific and technological achievements,this study uses the patent-based scientific and technological achievements transformation date of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a sample,and uses the social network analysis method to construct an“Industry-Research Institute”(IR),“University-Research Institute”(UR),and“Industry-University-Research Institute”(IUR)collaboration network,and further explores the influence of network characteristics on the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements by means of regression.The results show that in the IR cooperation network,the weighted centrality and structural hole of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have a significant positive impact on the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements.In the UR cooperation network,the weighted centrality of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has no significant effect on the performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the structural holes it occupies have a significant positive impact on the performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In the IUR cooperation network,the weighted centrality of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the structural holes it occupies have no significant impact on the transformation performance of its scientific and technological achievements.This study provides a new decision-making reference for strengthening the management practice of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other scientific research institutes to strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improving their performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
