摘要
分析了电动汽车EPB(电子驻车系统)的结构和工作原理,基于纯电动汽车设计了一种EPB系统方案,定义了整车驻车制动性能目标,定义了EPB系统的功能、功能安全及故障诊断策略,通过整车驻车制动性能、EPB功能测试,验证了EPB系统功能以及性能的关键指标,为行业电动汽车EPB系统设计提供参考。
In this paper,the structure and working principles of the electrical park brake(EPB)system are analyzed.Based on an electric vehicle,an EPB system is designed.The function and performance targets,the function safety and malfunction diagnosis strategies are defined.In the end,the key indexes of the EPB are verified by the vehicle parking function and performance tests,which provides a reference for the EPB system design of electric vehicles in the industry.
