高职扩招背景下弹性学制英语教学线上线下衔接问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Online and Offline Connection of Flexible English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Enrollment Expansion

弹性学制背景下很多高职院校提供了线上线下混合式的弹性教学方式,有机地将学校学习以及工作场合学习融合在一起,有效地解决了客观现实所带来教学问题,帮助学生平衡学习和工作的需求,完成规定学业。线上线下教学的融合已经逐渐成为教育领域的新型教学形态。本文探讨了在高职扩招背景下,弹性学制中的非传统生源面对长期线上教学时所遇到的问题及改进措施,总结在线教学的优势,提出返校学习后大学英语线上线下教学的衔接问题及对策。

In the context of flexible education system,many higher vocational colleges provide online and offline hybrid flexible teaching methods,organically integrate school learning and workplace learning,effectively solve the teaching problems brought by objective reality,help students balance the needs of learning and work,and complete the required studies.The integration of online and offline teaching has gradually become a new teaching form in the field of education.This paper discusses the problems and improvement measures faced by non-traditional students in the flexible education system when they face the long-term online teaching in the context of higher vocational enrollment expansion,summarizes the advantages of online teaching,and puts forward the connection problems and countermeasures of college English online and offline teaching after returning to school.
