摘要
[研究意义]申新三厂是申新集团第一家进行技术管理改革的企业,荣家对申新三厂也很是重视,其他申新纱厂的改革也都是效仿申新三厂。[研究方法]文章以历史文献为基础,从申新三厂的团队、制度、员工培养、劳工设施等方面考察其改革优势以及存在的问题,并对该厂改革过程、管理方法和教育方式及其对现在的的影响,提出了一些想法。[研究结果与结论]研究认为:①申新三厂技术部门改革变化的核心在于人才的变革;②申新三厂对职工专业素质的培养方式值得当前的工科院校借鉴;③这次管理制度的改革一定程度的达到了减员增效的目的;④企业改革对既得利益者的安置问题处理要得当。
Shenxin Third Factory is the first enterprise on which Shenxin Group carried out technical management reform.Family Rong attached attention to Shenxin Third factory,and the reform on other cotton mills of Shenxin Group also copied that of Shenxin Third Factory.On the basis of historical documents,the paper examines its reform advantages and the existing prob⁃lems from the aspects of management team,system,staff training,labor facilities of Shenxin Third Factory,and puts forward some preliminary ideas through analyzing the factory’s reform process,management and education methods and its impact on the present.According to the research:(1)The core of the reform and change of Shenxin No.3 Factory lies in the reform of tal⁃ents;(2)Shenxin Third Factory's cultivation of professional quality is worthy of reference by current engineering colleges;(3)The reform of the management system has achieved the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency to a certain extent;(4)Enterprise reform should deal with the settlement of vested interests properly.
