[研究结果与结论]2021年中国服装产业运行平稳,生产方面头部效应明显,市场需求方面,内需和出口均平稳回升。据中国常熟男装内销价格指数显示,2021年男装内销价格指数有所上升。同时,男装内销价格指数变化幅度平稳波动,男装市场发展仍以稳为主。其中,2021年男装行业原材料价格上升明显,棉花和化纤价格处于近年高位,原料价格上涨使男装生产受到一定影响,男装价格也有所上涨。2021年常熟男装景气指数较2020年明显回升,男装市场信心逐步恢复。从男装上市公司头部企业看,国内男装上市公司经营逐渐恢复正常,且头部效应明显;并且上市公司在生产数智化改造、拓展全渠道营销、深化品牌战略、布局全产业链等多方面发力,不断提高企业竞争力。展望2022年,男装企业依旧挑战与机遇共存。新冠疫情反复出现带来生产经营不确定性,以及地缘政治、货币政策等因素导致的上游原材料价格、运费等成本继续提高的风险压力依然存在。因此,面临挑战,企业要紧抓机遇,把握内需,继续树立国货品牌,逐渐深化数智化改造,用技术手段改善产品质量,提高效率。
In 2021,China's garment industry was smooth,with obvious head effects in production,and in terms of market demand,domestic demand and exports rose steadily.According to the China Changshu Men's Wear Domestic Price Index,the do⁃mestic price index of men's wear has risen in 2021.At the same time,the price index for domestic sales of men's wear varied smoothly,and the development of men's wear market was still dominated by stability.Among then,in 2021,the price of raw mate⁃rials in the men's wear industry increased significantly,and the prices of cotton and chemical fiber were at a high level in recent years.The increase in raw material prices has enabled men's production,and the prices of men's wear has also risen.In 2021,the Changshu Men's Wear Prosperity Index has rebounded significantly compared with that of 2020,and the men's wear market is constantly recovering.From the head enterprises of men's wear listed companies,the operation of domestic men's wear listed com⁃panies have gradually returned to normal,and the head effects are obvious.In addition,the listed companies are making efforts in various aspects such as digital-intelligence transformation of production,expansion of omni-channel marketing,deepening of brand strategy,and layout of the whole industry chain,to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Looking for⁃ward to 2022,men's wear companies will still face challenges and opportunities.The repeated occurrence of the COVID-19 pan⁃demic has brought about uncertainty in production and operation,and the risk and pressure of upstream raw material prices,freight and other costs caused by factors such as geopolitics and monetary policy continue to exist.Therefore,in face of challeng⁃es,enterprises must grasp opportunities and domestic demand,continue to establish domestic brands,and gradually deepen digi⁃tal and intelligent transformation,and use technical means to improve product quality and efficiency.
