摘要
经济的快速发展加剧了企业之间的竞争,改善了企业的社会环境,如何在变幻莫测的环境中脱颖而出,实现可持续发展,就必须要有足够的市场竞争力。市场竞争力需要有人才保障,因此就需要企业做好人力资源管理的工作。然而,受一定因素的影响,很多企业人力资源管理现状不容乐观,晋升慢,薪酬也不高,人才流失现象也比较严重,影响着企业的可持续发展。基于此,本文以某企业为例,对企业人力资源管理进行深入的分析,找出其目前常见的问题,并结合自己多年的工作经验,提出了调整人力资源管理的策略,为企业人力资源管理提供参考。
The rapid economic development intensifies the competition between enterprises and improves the social environment of enterprises.How to stand out in the changing environment and achieve sustainable development must have sufficient market competitiveness.Market competitiveness requires the protection of talents,so enterprises need to do a good job in human resource management.However,affected by some factors,the current situation of human resource management in many enterprises is not optimistic.Promotion is slow,salary is not high,and the phenomenon of brain drain is also serious,which affects the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes an enterprise as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of enterprise human resource management,find out its current common problems,and combine its many years of work experience to propose strategies to adjust human resource management,so as to provide human resources for the enterprise.Management provides reference.
