With the development of society and economy,more and more attention has been paid to food and drug testing in China.The quality of food and drugs is particularly important to people's health.In recent years,the quality of food and drugs in the society has emerged in an endless stream,which has brought great hidden dangers to the safety of people's lives and property,and it is imperative to strengthen the prevention and control of food and drug safety.Therefore,this paper analyzes the risks of food and drug testing laboratories,and discusses specific strategies for quality control of food testing work for reference.
