影像科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of the Post Competency Evaluation Index System for Nurses in Medical Imaging Department

目的构建影像科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为影像科护士的筛选、培训、考核等提供参考标准。方法通过文献调研、小组讨论及行为事件访谈编制影像科护士岗位胜任力指标体系初稿及专家函询表。而后运用德尔菲法进行两轮问卷调查获得相应的评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法计算各条目权重。结果影像科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系涵盖5个一级指标、16个二级指标及69个三级指标。专家积极性系数和权威系数分别为100%和0.922,第二轮Kendall协调系数为0.413。结论影像科护士岗位胜任力评价指标科学、有效、实用,可为影像科护士的筛选、岗位培训及考核评价提供客观的量化依据。

Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the post competency of imaging nurses,and to provide reference standards for the selection,training and assessment of medical imaging nurses.Methods Through literature reading,group discussion and behavioral event interviews,the first draft of the post competency index system for nurses in the medical imaging department and the expert letter inquiry form were compiled.Then Delphi method was used to carry out two rounds of questionnaire survey to obtain the corresponding evaluation index system,and the weight of each item was calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Results The evaluation index system of post competency of nurses in the imaging department covered 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 69 third-level indicators.The coefficient of enthusiasm of experts and the coefficient of authority were 100%and 0.922 respectively,and the coefficient of Kendall coordination in the second round was 0.413.Conclusion The evaluation index of post-competence of medical imaging nurses is scientific,effective and practical,which can provide an objective quantitative basis for the screening,job training and assessment of imaging nurses.
