摘要
目的探讨导师制培训模式在妇产专业进修医生教学培训中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学第二附属医院2020年1月至2021年12月进修学习妇产专业的84名医生,采用奇偶数法分为干预组和对照组。干预组接受导师制教学培训模式,对照组接受传统教学培训模式。培训后分别通过综合素质评分表和出科考试对两组进修医生进行考核,比较两组的教学效果。结果培训后,干预组进修医生的综合素质、出科成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组人文素养、知识技能各维度得分以及综合能力的诊治水平、医患沟通两个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组科研培养维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。人文素养、知识技能与进修医生综合能力呈正相关,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导师制培训教学模式重视人文素养培养,可提高知识技能水平,有利于提升进修医生的综合能力,值得在进修医生教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of the mentor-based training mode in the teaching and training of visiting scholar in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 84 physicians from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University who studied obstetrics and gynecology from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into an intervention group and a cootrol group according odd-even method.The intervention group received the mentor-based training model,ad the control group received the traditional teaching training model.After the training,the two groups of visiting scholar were assessed through the comprehensive quality score table and the outpatient examination respectively,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the training,the comprehensive quality and academic performance of the visiting scholar in the intervention group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of humanities quality,scholar in the intervention group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of humanities quality,knowledge skills,the levels of diagnosis and treatment and doctor-patient communication of comprehensive ability in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the scores of scientific research training between the two groups(P>0.05).Humanistic quality,knowledge and skills were positively correlated with the comprehensive ability of the doctors(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of mentor-based training attaches importance to the cultivation of humanistic quality,improves the level of knowledge and skills,and is conducive to improving the comprehensive ability of doctors.It is worth promoting and applying in the teaching of doctors.
