CBL模式联合加涅教学理论对手术室实习护生主观能动性及出科考试成绩的影响 被引量:1

Influence of CBL Model Combined with Gagne’s Teaching Theory on the Subjective Initiative of the Operating Room Intern Nursing Students and Their Exam Scores

摘要 目的分析以案例为基础的学习(CBL)模式联合加涅教学理论对手术室实习护生主观能动性及出科考试成绩的影响。方法选取郑州市第三人民医院2020年9月至2021年1月65名手术室实习护生作为观察组,接受CBL模式联合加涅教学理论教学,另选取2019年9月至2020年1月手术室实习护生61名作为对照组,接受CBL模式教学。比较两组学习依从性、实习生教学效果(病案书写质量、专业理论、操作技能、临床思维)、主观能动性、出科考试成绩、教学满意度。结果观察组学习依从性较对照组高(P<0.05);两组专业理论、病案书写质量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组临床思维、操作技能较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组主观能动性、出科考试成绩优良率、教学满意度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论CBL模式联合加涅教学理论应用于手术室实习护生,能有效调动其主观能动性,提高学习依从性,从而提升出科考试成绩、实习生教学效果、教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of case-based learning(CBL)model combined with Gagne’s teaching theory on the subjective initiative and examination scores of intern nursing students in the operating room.Methods Sixty-five operating room intern nursing students in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and accepted the CBL model combined with Gagne’s teaching theory teaching,and 61 operating room intern nursing students from September 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and received CBL model teaching.The two groups of stuuy compliance,interns’teaching effect(quality of medical record writing,professional theory,operational skills,clinical thinking),subjective initiative,test scores and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results The study compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the quality of professional theory and medical record writing between the two groups(P>0.05),while the clinical thinking and operational skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The subjective initiative,rate of excellent and good grades in the exam,and the teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL model combined with Gagne’s teaching theory in operating room nursing students can effectively mobilize their subjective initiative,improve their learning compliance,and thus improve their test scores,interns’teaching effect,and teaching satisfaction.
