基于老年健康综合评估的认知训练对糖尿病合并认知障碍患者的影响

Effects of Cognitive Training Based on Comprehensive Geriatric Health Assessment on Diabetic Patients with Cognitive Impairment

目的探讨基于老年健康综合评估的认知训练对糖尿病合并认知障碍患者的影响。方法将郑州市第九人民医院2018年10月至2021年4月收治的80例糖尿病患者采取随机数表法分为观察组(40例)、对照组(40例),患者分别接受基于老年健康综合评估的认知训练与传统康复训练,对其认知功能变化与生活质量展开研究。结果干预前,两组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简明精神状态评估量表(MMSE)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,MoCA、MMSE高于干预前(P<0.05),其中观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者在生活质量(躯体功能、心理情感、社会功能、物质生活)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,其生活质量均高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于老年健康综合评估可有效改善糖尿病合并认知障碍患者的生活质量,提高其认知功能,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the influence of cognitive training based on comprehensive geriatric health assessment on diabetic patients with cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 80 diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Zhengzhou Ninth People’s Hospital from October 2018 to April 2021 were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases),and they were received cognitive training based on comprehensive geriatric health assessment and traditional rehabilitation training respectively.The changes of cognitive function and quality of life were stuped.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scale and the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,MoCA and MMSE were higher than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in the quality of life(physical function,psychoemotion,social function,material life)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,their quality of life were all higher than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive geriatric health assessment can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic mellitus and cognitive impairment,improve its cognitive function,and improve prognosis.
