摘要
家庭经济收入和文化资本偏低的农村生源学生是典型处境不利学生。研究围绕学业抗逆主题,构建主体资本(能力、努力及积极心理品质)范畴,运用质性研究的方法,对比“双一流”大学和民办本科院校处境不利学生的主体资本及受教育经历特征,探讨主体资本对学业抗逆的影响机制。研究表明,个人能力和努力程度是实现学业抗逆的关键,心理资本增强了处境不利学生获得优质高等教育机会的能力,信念和动机为学业抗逆成功提供了重要内部驱力。
Rural students with low family economic income and cultural capital are typical disadvantaged students.Focusing on the theme of academic resilience,we construct the category of subject capital(ability,effort and positive psychological quality),and use qualitative research methods to compare the subject capital and educational experience characteristics of the disadvantaged students in“double first-class”universities and private undergraduate colleges,with the purpose of exploring the impact mechanism of subject capital on academic stress resistance.The results show that personal ability and effort are the keys to achieving academic resilience.Psychological capital enhances the ability of disadvantaged students to obtain high-quality higher education opportunities.Belief and motivation provide an important internal driving force for the success of academic resilience.
